Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in pristine condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
